Nice comfortable hotel, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast but have had better. Fresh waffles were delicious. We managed to get the parking for free as we had booked a family room but due to a flooding in the family rooms we were given two double rooms instead so the complimentary parking was as an apology for the room change. Good location to the tram stop which is 5-10mins walk. It takes you straight to the centre...about 30mins tram ride. There was a complimentary water station to fill up water bottles with three types of water....room temperature, cold water and fizzy water.

Friendly staff at the reception. Good selection for breakfast. Water refill in the corridor. Rituals skincare products. Exit to the green area.

The hotel has a good location, not far from the motorway and if you are traveling with a dog, the surroundings offer quiet streets where to walk your dog. Parking is big enough, there is space even if you arrive late in the evening.

Breakfast was great, 4 star hotel quality I'd say. The common area was very nice, lots of space to sit together in the evenings. Children had their own corner to play in. When the weather is nice, there's a large outdoor area connected to the restaurant, with tables, a playground, an outdoor gym, etc.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and large rooms. Massive walk-in high pressure shower. Hand written note and chocolate plus strawberries in the room. Black our curtains. Big tv. Phone to reception. Extra pillows and blankets. Free tee and coffee and fridge in room

The Staff! They were really friendly, helpful and nice. The lady working at the bar and the night manager at the reception were really nice. There's a lot for the kids to play around and nice facilities for the guests. Try the bar, they serve nice local Craft Beers!

The hotel is perfect for a one nicht-break during long drive. Advantage: it is well connected with the A4 highway. By public transport you can reach the center of Wroclaw within a few minutes. Very good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff!

The room was clean and bright with blockout blinds. The communal sitting area had an excellent sitting space with a dedicated kids section. The food from the restaurant was the best we ate on entire holiday

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice facilites for kids in the garden outside and a activities for 4-7 years old kids inside the hotel.
